· To make a heating pad, just sew a fabric bag (approx. 7” x 16”) and fill with about 2# of cherry pits. Sew shut and heat in microwave 2-3 minutes until hot. Caution: Do not overheat.
· Use it to soothe sore muscles or aching backs. They can also be chilled In the freezer and used as a cold compress. They will stay hot or cold for about an hour. |
